How is the process organized?

  • Registration. Join PITCCH Platform and create a company profile.
  • Application. Submit your corporate challenge. BC must provide upfront a funding support of a minimum amount equal to €5k
  • Challenge selection. If your challenge is selected, you can publish it and the process of scouting SMEs will start.
  • Eligibility selection. The PITCCH team assess the eligibility of SME proposals.
  • Proposal evaluation. You can evaluate eligible SME proposals and select a finalist for the Pitch Day.
  • Pitch Day. The PITCCH team will organise an event where SMEs and Startups will pitch their ideas to your company.
  • Start of the collaboration. You choose the winner and start the collaboration.

What criteria do my company need to comply with to create a challenge?

  • Be a Big Corporation according to the
    EU definition
    EU Definition 1. Headcount in Annual Work: Unit (AWU) of over 250. 2. Annual turnover over €50 million OR annual balance sheet total over €43 million 3. A legal entity established and based in one of the EU Member States or an H2020 4. Associat-ed country as defined in H2020 rules for participation. (Association to Horizon 2020 is governed by Article 7 of the Horizon 2020 Regulation.)
  • Be a legal entity established in Europe or with European headquarters.
